My interest in the inner life and creativity has been a lifelong exploration.

Upon completion of a degree in child development in California, I studied abroad at Emerson College, UK, earning a teaching certificate in Waldorf/ Steiner education. After my studies and work with children as a Waldorf elementary school teacher, I turned my compass toward the therapeutic side of the Creative Arts. I completed a post graduate degree in Experiential and Creative Arts Therapy in Melbourne, Australia and received a one-on-one mentorship training in Anthroposophical Biographical Counseling/ Group Work in the UK.

I have been joyfully and successfully running courses on all things creative and therapeutic since 2002. I love being in the studio, guiding groups into creative explorations, as well as tending to the intimacy and depth that grows from being in a class that is long enough for a meaningful experience to occur within you and between us.
