Tuition Agreement

• $100.00 shall be paid upon enrollment as a supply fee/ place- holder deposit. This deposit fee is non-refundable and is separate from the first months tuition.

• Monthly tuition is $175.00. This includes Hawai'i state tax. The course runs for 6 months. The six month total tuition including tax equals $1050.00.

• Payment is to be made on the 1st of the month with the exception of the first month.  
  The first months tuition may be paid during the first class.  You may also pay the entire course fee during this time.  

• A late fee of $25.00 applies if payment is made after the 5th of each month.

• Payment agreement is kept if course participant is sick, absent or is off island for any reason.

• Participant may decide to leave the course within the first two weeks and will receive a full refund. The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable.

• If participant decides to leave the course within the first three months 75% of remaining 6 month tuition is expected.

• If after three months the participant decides to leave full course tuition is expected.
