Tuition Agreement

• $100.00 shall be paid upon enrollment as a supply fee/ place holder deposit. This deposit fee is non-refundable and separate from your first month’s tuition.

• Monthly tuition is $175.00. This includes Hawai'i state tax. The course runs for 6 months. The six month total tuition including tax equals $1050.00.

• Payment is to be made on the 1st of the month with the exception of the first month. 

•  The first month’s tuition may be paid during the first class.  You may also pay the entire course fee during this time.  

• A late fee of $25.00 applies if payment is made after the 5th of each month.

• Payment agreement is kept if course participant is sick, absent or is off island for any reason.

• Participant may decide to leave the course within the first two weeks and will receive a full refund. The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable.

• If participant decides to leave the course within the first three months 75% of remaining 6 month tuition is expected.

• If after three months the participant decides to leave the full course tuition is expected.
